  • The Board has received an increasing number of complaints regarding landscaping violations.  Violations that are confirmed and not remedied are subject to a fine of $100 per month in accordance with the Association Bylaws.

    The Board would like to thank the homeowners who have worked diligently during the drought and water restrictions to maintain their yards and remain in compliance with the Restrictions and Covenants.

  • Grassland Estates Board of Directors will be having a Board meeting July 22, 2014 at 6:30 pm in the Clubhouse.  

  • noprkng 100x100The Board asks that residents please remember item 2.12 of the Deed Restrictions regarding street parking within the neighborhood. The Board has received numerous complaints the last few weeks and encourages residents to please park vehicles in the garage or driveway.

WELCOME

Grassland Estates is located in the northwest portion of the city of Midland, Texas. It is surrounded by three major thoroughfares, Wadley Ave., Loop 250 and Highway 191, for easy ingress and egress in the neighborhood. Two of Midland's finest public schools, Scharbauer Elementary and Abell Junior High are located in the neighborhood allowing walking distance to the schools from each residence. A well maintained City Park is nestled in the neighborhood and primarily used by Grassland Residents. Midland's premier residential subdivision consists of 566 residential lots lined with streets wider then the average city street. Family homes vary from approximately 2,100 to 5,000 square feet, with three or four car garages. Amenities provided by the subdivision Homeowners Association include a clubhouse, two large swimming pools and a wading pool.

Grassland Estates is governed by a Homeowners Association and membership is mandatory. Membership dues are currently $50.00 per month. The Homeowners Association is managed by an elected Board of Directors who meet on a scheduled basis. All meetings are open to the public and your participation is welcome.
